RSI that does not sound like a second meeting.

Remote interpretation fails when the platform is treated as an afterthought to the hotel room.

MAC runs RSI on Zoom, Microsoft Teams and WebEx. The quality bar is the same as an in-person booth: one glossary, one briefing, one person watching the audio path.

We ask speakers to use a headset, lock the interpretation channels before the chair opens, and keep a technician in the waiting room — not only an interpreter hoping the host remembers to assign them.

Hybrid rooms need a decision: is the floor language in the hall or on the laptop? We write that into the run-of-show so remote ministers are not listening to a laptop microphone pointed at a chandelier.

If your consultation is classified, we use the client’s approved platform and do not move files onto personal machines.
